Crossfit blends the best of both worlds, focusing around areas of Functional movements that are used in your daily life. Within the Classes you will be targeting areas of Weightlifting, Gymnastics Plyometrics and Calisthenics. Any part of our program can be modified to accommodate anyones fitness level and experience. From an up and coming Competitor to someone getting into fitness for their health and well being.
Within the 1 Hour sessions that we hold, You will be lead by a Certified Coach through all the phases of our program. First starting with a stretch and dynamic warm up, followed by then a strength or skill portion and finally then the primary metcon. You will be always guided and be over watched by our team of coaches on the floor to help make sure you are maintaining proper form and technique.
One of our many programs that puts focus more towards our clients that are up and coming Athletes that play a specific sport for in a University or High school setting, is our Sports Strength & Conditioning Program. With in the program Athletes will work with our Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist to put focus on the primary movements and muscular mechanics for the direct sport correlated to the Athlete. The process would begin with a brief Consultation and Evaluation of the Athlete, followed then with a number of test to see the training level capacity that they are in and then a break down of what the Athlete requires.
From there a Program is Developed for the athlete in a individualized style to help them improve and increase their output in the respected sport and position in which they play.
One of our side programs that many of our athletes that look to putting on more weight and that wish to focus on strength Training entirely is our Powerlifting Program. Rotating around 3 week cycles on percentage loading across the three Major compound movements of the sport, Deadlift, Bench Press and Back squat. Within the class you will be guided through the major lift and then move on to the auxiliary movements to compliment and strengthen the primary lift of the day.

Our fitness bootcamps are group exercise classes which offer a challenging and efficient workout. You will achieve a full body workout focusing on functional movements like squats, lunges, burpees and deadlifts.
The classes are upbeat full of energy. No class is equal to the next, our coaches utilize different tools such as kettlebells, ladders, hurdles, dumbbells and medicine balls to give you a killer workout every time. If you are looking to lose weight, get stronger or Increase your cardiovascular capacity then this is the class for you.
