Weight training is a common type of strength training for developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles.

The class – 4 Phases
Phase 1 - Stretch & Dynamic Warm-Up
Phase 2 - Primary Lift Deadlift, Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Squats (Back, Front, Jumping)
Phase 3 - Auxiliary Movements ( Focus on a minor muscle group or an individual muscle)
Phase 4- Ab Routine
